Refunds & Cancellations

1. Refunds will be provided to registered attendees who notify us of cancellation 24 hours before the event, or who cannot attend due to a last minute emergency. What constitutes an emergency is something unexpected that prevents participation and is beyond the control of the responsible parent, coach and player.
2. Because we use third party companies to process your payment, we can not offer online refunds. Cancellations must request a refund in writing or by email within 72 hours of the Event end date. The postal and email addresses are on our web page.
3. Refunds will be processed after the tournament is concluded during our financial reconciliation process.
4. Refunds can only be provided for funds actually received and transferred to our bank account. If your account has been charged but the payment has not been depositied in our account, you will need to speak with the financial institutions customer support. We will assist with any needed information provided by our financiial institution regarding your transactions.
5. You will not be refunded any service charges or credit card processing fees even in the event of refund.
